At the core of our physical therapy practice lies a commitment to holistic care, where we recognize the interconnectedness of your personal history, your daily movement rituals, your physical health status, and your emotional state. Our logo consists of four images to represent these 4 pillars that we take into consideration during your treatment. We are firm believers that each patient should be treated uniquely based on their past history, their daily life style habits, their current strength and mobility capabilities, and their mental health. We believe in fostering a collaborative partnership with our clients, valuing their unique goals, perspectives, and experiences. By combining evidence-based practices with individualized treatment plans, we strive to not only address immediate concerns but also empower lasting lifestyle changes for sustained health and vitality. Our dedication to accessibility ensures that quality care is not bound by location, enabling us to reach individuals where they are and support them on their journey to recovery and wellbeing.

Dr. Sarah Haynes, DPT is the clinic director and co- owner of Life Cycle Physical Therapy, a private practice she opened with her husband in 2022. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Florida's College of Public Health where she earned a doctorate degree in physical therapy. She previously graduated from Eckerd College in 2018 where she earned a B.S. in biology with a focus on molecular biology. She utilizes these degrees to provide holistic treatment care with a focus on the physiology behind exercise. Sarah's main interests are in restoring quality of life to individuals dealing with chronic pain and in promoting health and wellness across the lifespan. Sarah strongly believes that almost anyone can benefit from the knowledge of a physical therapist and that the physical therapy profession should be utilized frequently to aid in the delayed onset of age related mobility deficits and to empower individuals with the knowledge they need to manage their health conditions.
